I’d like to pass a big congratulations on to my ex-work colleagues down in Team Bondi, for the completion of their latest game L.A. Noire
. Brendan McNamara was my boss many years ago, back when we worked on the first Getaway
game (PS2) at SCEE’s London Studio (Team Soho). After The Getaway
was finished (Dec 2002), Brendan and a number of others from The Getaway
team moved to Australia and formed Team Bondi.
I know its been a long wait, but looking at the finished L.A. Noire
and all the great reviews its received, it seems to have paid off. Well done chaps, top work! So a big shout to Cheeky, Naz, Woody, Alex, Hammy, Vicky, Ben and Javier.

Launched our new revamped SingStar website, its all rather funky, go check it out!
Christmas looms, but thankfully the SingStar crunch has long finished as our holiday period releases hit the stores. Interestingly, unlike previous years where the emphasis had been on more content, this years releases focus on new gameplay features; Guitar and Dance play.
Sales have been great, a 22 million disc sales party was laid on the other night. However in the time it took to organise special 22 million awards for the team, we have no actual hit 23 million! Not bad really.
